Multimedia journalist based in Athens, Georgia. Currently juggling words at The Red & Black.

Hi! I'm Gracie, a multimedia journalist and graduate student at the University of Georgia, where I’m pursuing my master’s degree in journalism at Grady College. I currently work as a politics reporter for The Red & Black, UGA’s independent student newspaper, and as a graduate assistant in the Communications Office at the Morehead Honors College.

In addition to reporting, I also worked as social media editor for The Red & Black, where I created digital storytelling content, scheduled and managed posts across platforms, and produced visual assets that enhanced audience engagement.

Before graduate school, I was one of two executive producers at GC360 News, Georgia College & State University’s student-run broadcast station. In that role, I led a team of 15 reporters, anchors, and technical crew members, overseeing weekly news coverage and live productions. I previously held positions as GC360’s news director and as a multimedia reporter.

I’ve wanted to be a writer since I was 7 years old, and my passion for storytelling continues to grow with every story I write.

Now that you're on my professional website, please take a moment to read and watch some of my original work. Thanks for stopping by!
